Well, the Flying Egg Box is not really art, but it was at the time.
Ido decided to participate in a competition held at the Wiezman science institute.
The challenge was to throw an unboiled egg from a tall tower to the ground.
The competitor that's egg will not break and reach first to the ground will win the competition.

After testing various innovative methods that did not work,
he decided to use one of his art pieces shaped as a hexagonal box.
He added a foam piece, holding the egg in the center. The foam was tied up to the hexagonal box with heavy rubber bands.

He threw it from the tower balcony with all his might and won the competition.
